Spring at Parabola: The Return of Rowley Leigh
Following the success of his debut run we are pleased to announce that Rowley Leigh is back.
This spring Rowley Leigh will be returning to Parabola where he will be curating the evening offer as part of the Guest Chef Series. The partnership will include a series of regularly changing menus designed by Rowley plus a number of special dinners and events which he will be hosting.
He will be kicking off proceedings with two menus in April. The first is a celebration of early spring, and the second a selection of recipes from his new cookbook due to be published later this year.*
May Calendar: Menus Designed by Rowley Leigh
Life in the Wild: Game, Fish and Foraged is the latest menu designed by Rowley Leigh, as part of his ongoing partnership with Parabola. The menu will run till Friday 20 May and some dishes that have caught the eye so far include an oyster tart with laverbread and grey mullet with nettles and bottarga.
