Each evening diners will be able to enjoy a supper-club style menu designed by some of the leading lights of the UK culinary scene. Unique on this scale, the ‘Guest Chef Series’ will operate Monday to Saturday evenings from 6pm.
Echoing the museum’s ethos of both celebrating the past, and promoting the talent of the future, the series will see established names alongside up and coming chefs and food writers from this country and beyond.
The weekly changing menu, designed by the guest chef will be released the week prior to going live.
The Guest Chef Series will be taking a summer break during August, relaunching in September. Parabola cafe-bar-restaurant will continue to be open for lunch and afternoon tea throughout August, book here.

Parabola’s Private Room- situated on the second floor just off the main atrium and next to the restaurant is available to hire for drinks, receptions, dinners and other such gatherings. Designed by Universal Design Studio, and overlooking Holland Park, the private facility complements John Pawson’s original brief for the Design Museum. The versatile space is equally suitable for small events with just a handful of people to seated dinners for up to 26 people or drinks parties hosting a maximum of 45 guests.
